The first step of this policy would see the establishment of a Ministry of International Trade and Exports, which would replace the Ministry of Economy. The new Minister responsible for International Trade and Exports will be mandated with establishing Saskatchewan’s presence in the countries that account for the largest share of Saskatchewan exports, while maintaining Saskatchewan’s relationships with neighbouring jurisdictions in the United States.
Implementation of the new policy on international trade and exports will begin immediately after the Saskatchewan Party leadership race.
Education must be a top priority for the next Premier. That's why I announced my plan to commit an additional $30 million to education funding.
My plan will add 400 Educational Assistants and other educational professionals to our children's classrooms. I know that our teachers do an incredible job helping our students learn and grow — this plan will give teachers and students the support they need in the classroom.

Above all, growth gives our young people a reason to stay here, start a career or start their own business, and to start their own family
We are committed to a fulsome review of waste management policies in the province, specifically landfills in rural communities.
We will expand the mandate and responsibilities of the Landfill Advisory Committee, made up of SUMA, SARM and other municipal representatives, and tasking them with undertaking a detailed review that will result in better solutions for waste management in Saskatchewan communities.
During this review enforcement action on landfills will be put on hold, except in circumstances where the public health may be at immediate risk.
